Navy is the latest to offer Noruwa Obanor, a rangy 6-foot-2, 188-pound shutdown cornerback, out of Clovis North (Fresno, Calif.). After a big debut as a junior, Obanor had six D-1 offers heading into his senior season, but suffered a neck injury in September that sidelined him the remainder of the season. The 6-foot-1, 210-pound wide receiver, out of Orange High School in Pepper Pike, Ohio, decided to hold off on committing while on campus and wait until his target date of mid-December. On Sunday, the wait was over and he gave his verbal to Navy's Mike Judge.
